Withdraw from your contract
You can withdraw from a Screenshotfiles Pro subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason, and get back everything you paid for it.

Withdrawing happens from the account that has Pro. Sign in with the email address your subscription is on: we send a 6-digit code to that address, which is the same step you took when you started Pro. Once you are signed in, come back to this page or open your account in the tool, and press Withdraw from contract here.
You can withdraw from your Pro subscription until the end of the 14 days.

Your withdrawal has been received. Pro has ended and your account is on the Free plan. A confirmation is on its way to your email address.
Your right to withdraw
- How long. 14 days from the day Pro started, the free trial included, or 14 days from your first payment, whichever ends later.
- No reason needed. You do not have to say why, and it makes no difference how much you used Pro.
- The refund. Every payment for the subscription is refunded in full, to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days. If you withdraw during the trial, nothing was charged and nothing will be.
- What happens to your account. Pro ends at once and the account moves to the Free plan. The Free limits and the 30-day cloud history then apply, exactly as they do when any subscription ends.
- Your confirmation. We email you straight away with the date and time we received your withdrawal, what it covered and what is refunded. Keep that email as your record.

The button above is the quickest way, and you do not have to use it. A clear statement sent to support@screenshotfiles.com from the email address on the account works too, and we confirm it in writing.
Cancelling is something else
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for, with no refund for that period. You can cancel at any time from your account. Withdrawing ends Pro now and refunds everything, and is available for the first 14 days. The full rules are in the terms.
